Zapsprints ships orders to all locations within the United States and its territories using reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, FEDEX, DHL, and Local Post. Deliveries to areas outside the mainland United States may experience slight delays and will be sent to the local post office.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Upon shipping your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 5-7 days for the tracking information to update. If your tracking information hasn’t been updated within 10 days, please reach out to us.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control might cause a delay in your order’s delivery date. The expected delivery date is an estimate based on data from all our orders and should be viewed as an approximation, not a guarantee.

Damages
Zapsprints will replace orders damaged during the shipping process. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt, providing a video or picture evidence. This allows us to assess the damage and prevent similar issues in future deliveries.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Zapsprints does not accept responsibility for confirmed delivered items reported as lost or stolen. We do not provide reimbursement or replacements for confirmed delivered orders. However, at our discretion, we may provide an affidavit if a replacement is necessary.
Incorrect Addresses
Zapsprints is not liable for misspelled or inaccurate address information provided during the ordering process. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order details. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if the customer contacts the final delivery carrier after the order has left our warehouse and requests a redirect or reshipment.
