    These policies will be applied to our available products on our website. 

    1. RETURNS: 

    Time: We have a 15 days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 16 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

    Return conditions:

    Because your purchase is custom printed exclusively for you, we accept return for the following reasons only:

    1. Damaged items
    2. The product received is not the same as on the website/store
    3. Poor print quality
    4. The wrong item – size, style, color

    Return process:

    If your purchase meets the above criteria, email us as soon as possible, preferably no later than 15 days after the delivery date at support@zapsprints.com. Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours. To demonstrate the issue with your order, please submit evidence including:

    • Information of your order: ID order, name and email you used to place the order, name of product and date of order.
    • All evidence to clarify the shipping/product error is very important to our replacement process.
    • All required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot process the replacement items.

    You should find the following attached pictures as examples:

    • picture of the shipping label
    • picture of the product
    • picture of the product and the error you discovered (flawed material, different design, different size).

    NOTES: 

    *Please note that showing evidence is a good way to help us investigate reasons and resolve your issue. We are willing to assist you as long as you reply and follow our requests but if you did not reply to us within 3 days from our last email and 15 days passed, your request will be rejected.

    *If you agree to receive a replacement, we will reship a new one. The shipping time will be the same as your first product.

    *Please do not return any items without first contacting us with your issue. Any items sent to us without prior contact will be considered forfeit. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates.

    1. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE).

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your request is approved, the refund will be credited to your account or to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

    We do not process a refund in the following cases:

    • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested). 
    • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of our store (i.e. not being cleared by your country's customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivery" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
    • The item(s) is printed as ordered, but you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
    • The return request is not viewed and approved by our team before you send the item(s) back.
    • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
    • The item(s) have been altered in any way or if they do not have the original tags.

    III. EXCHANGES

    We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

    Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
