We Zapsprints, want you to know that we hold all our customers in high esteem and will always do everything possible to make you satisfied with our products and services. As part of our commitment, we do offer order cancellation under certain conditions. Please follow the FAQs on cancellation policy:

I. CAN THE BUYER CANCEL OR MODIFY THEIR ORDER?

We usually accept cancellation and modification requests within 24 hours after receiving your orders. We cannot accept your request when your order is in the start of production. All of our products are Printed on demand. Our products are custom-made, they are created only for you. Each product is unique and has special value to the person who ordered it, and cannot be sold to another person. Therefore, we cannot accept late cancellations.
We can help you modify your order in case your order has not been put into production at the time of your modification request.

II. CAN THE BUYER CANCEL ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once the order has been processed and shipped, your request cannot be approved.

III. HOW SHOULD THE BUYER MAKE A CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION REQUEST?

You can email your request at support@zapsprints.com in the due time (24 hours since ordering). We’re willing to assist you with your request.

IV. IF THE CANCELLATION REQUEST IS APPROVED, WILL THE BUYER GET A  REFUND? 

If your cancellation request is accepted, we will immediately process a full refund for you.
